House Rules
Only registered guests are allowed at the property without prior consent. This is strictly enforced through security cameras and an on site property manager. Any violations and guests stay will be canceled and asked to leave immediately.
No smoking on the balcony or inside, the smell still gets into the house. A $150 fee will be charged for odor removal. Please go to the parking lot.
No illegal substances are allowed.
No food or drinks in the bedroom.
If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
Additional cleaning required due to lack of following check out rules will incur a $100 fee.
