House Rules

We have noise sensitive neighbors. We have STRICT quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Security cameras and noise meters are installed at the property. Immediate termination of your stay, without a refund, if rule is broken.

Pets: If bringing pets, please give us details about your pets and we will send you details about the refundable deposit you'll pay after booking, ($100-$200 per pet), max 2 dogs unless approved otherwise.

New Airbnb guests and large groups are subject to a refundable security deposit. Only registered guests are allowed at the property without prior consent, $100/person/day will be charged for extra guests.

No smoking on the patio, the smell still gets into the house. A $150 fee will be charged for odor removal.

No street parking allowed. Driveway parking only.

No food or drinks in the bedrooms.

Additional cleaning required due to lack of following check out rules will incur a $100 fee.

The space
The home is designed with a spacious, open-concept living areas and a private backyard with pool and spa. There are three bedrooms with two full bathrooms. We also offer guests anything they may need during their stay in the home!

Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms:

● Primary Suite: King bed with private pool & spa access, a designated workspace, and ensuite bathroom, sleeps 2
● Ensuite bath: Full tiled shower with double sink vanities, extra toiletry essentials, a full bath tub, and a tub tray for relaxing baths!
● Bedroom 2: Queen bed, sleeps 2
● Bedroom 3: Complete with a Double Bed, Single bed, cot mattress, and full closet , sleeps 2 adults or 4 kids
● Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with a shower, bath tub, and single sink vanity

Kitchen & Laundry

● Kitchen: Fully-equipped with high-quality appliances, cookware, utensils, seasonings, paper products, a french press, Keurig coffee maker, and blender. ● Laundry: Full size washer & dryer for guest convenience
● Clean linens, fresh paper products, cooking basics, shampoo/conditioner, andsoaps are provided for guests!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire 3 BD, 2 BA home with its modern amenities and private backyard with a pool & spa. There is also driveway parking available for up to 3 cars, no street parking allowed.

When you arrive there is a remote and step by step directions to heat the spa.
