House Rules, with ZERO TOLERANCE
We have noise sensitive neighbors. We have STRICT quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Security cameras and noise meters are installed at the property. Immediate termination of your stay, without a refund, if rule is broken.
No street parking allowed. Driveway parking only.
Pets: If bringing pets, please give us details about your pets and we will send you details about the refundable deposit you'll pay after booking, ($100-$200 per pet), max 2 dogs unless approved otherwise.
New Airbnb guests and groups are subject to a refundable security deposit. Only registered guests are allowed at the property without prior consent.
No smoking on the patio, the smell still gets into the house. A $150 fee will be charged for odor removal.
No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
Additional cleaning required due to lack of following check out rules will incur a $100 fee.
